What is gongfu?

A method of brewing with more leaf, smaller vessels, and many short infusions to explore aroma and taste.

Gaiwan or small teapot, cups, kettle, and optionally a fairness cup and strainer.

Warm the vessel, add leaves, optional rinse, then do short infusions and increase time gradually.

Oolong, puerh, and many white teas. Green teas can work with cooler water.

Do I need special tools?

No. A gaiwan, cups and a kettle are enough. Add tools later if you enjoy the process.
